Bed-In Day 10- "BUDDISM" Bed-In

If you visited the Bed-In today you will have found “three wise monkeys”.....Mary, Dave and Michael from Khedrup Je Study Centre, Liverpool, participating in their very own “Buddhist BED-IN”. 

Visitors were encouraged to sit on a comfy chair or a cushion and join in a short guided meditation session were there was also some chanting of prayers in Tibetan.   People came along and took a few moments out from their busy day to soak in the love & peace, drink in the healing herb incense from the ‘Rooftop of the World’ and sit in the tranquil space in front of the Thangka paintings and the beautiful gilt Buddha on the Tibetan Alter.

There was a Medicine Buddha and a prayer tree. People were invited say a few prayers for somebody, then pop their details on the Prayer Tree so as to be included in our dedication ceremony at the end of the BED-IN .
