Accessibility
The Bluecoat is striving to comply with all of the Priority 1 and 2 (where possible) accessibility checkpoints across its web presence, as established in the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) web accessibility initiative (WAI). The WAI promotes a high degree of usability and accessibility for people with disabilities. Supported Browsers
The Bluecoat supports the following browsers for accessing our web site. Other browsers may also work, but we do not attempt to resolve problems with browsers other than those listed below. In general, we recommend that you regularly upgrade your web browser to take advantage of the latest performance enhancements, problem fixes, and security patches.
Mozilla (Firefox) - 3.x and higher for all operating systems
Internet Explorer - 7.0 and higher for Windows
Safari - 4.x and higher for all operating systems
Adjusting text size
The Bluecoat website is built using relative font sizes, which means that if you want to see larger or smaller text, you can change the text size using your browser. In Internet Explorer this is done by going to the top menu and selecting 'View', then 'Text Size'. Medium is the usual setting, so selecting Larger or Largest will increase the text size. Similar facilities exist in other browsers, normally on the 'View' menu. Your browser's 'Help' menu should give you further information about making these adjustments. Please refresh your page once you have adjusted the font size so that the headings are correct.
