We have a number of spaces on offer at the Bluecoat, suitable for creative industries and retail, some of which are new to the market. These offer various opportunities for mixed use spaces. ...one business space to let (Studio 22) to a creative industry that would benefit a city centre location. See the feature sheet below.
...three retail units to let to adventurous and daring creative retailers, that may also require mixed use spaces. The units available cost between c.£5,000-£35,000k and range from c. 210-970 square feet. Look at the Unit 7 feature sheet (one of the three retail units available) for an idea of what is on offer, but please bear in mind there are two more, previously un-marketed, retail units that we are keen for you to see. These have access from the Courtyard/Hub and/or garden and while working on sheets for these we're still very happy to discuss them and/or show them to you.
