Available Spaces To Let

We have an exciting opportunity to join Bluecoat's cultural quarter at the heart of the city, with a number of spaces on offer, suitable for creative industries and retail. These offer various opportunities for mixed use spaces. Office Share (desk space) with three other small creative businesses:

  • Adrian Turrell-Watts/Fittings Multimedia Arts: Theatre Producer/Company @gaydrian @fittingsarts

Suit small creative business ie: Photographer, digital designer, writer, producer, copywriter, publisher, agent, or other desk-based creative business.

Most of our units come as shells that can be transformed simply and easily. Occasionally we offer something that requires a little bit of vision and upfront investment to transform them into stunning and unique spaces. The reward for joining the Bluecoat are:
