Happenstance brings together two days of the most beautiful, beguiling and brilliant in new performance. With a packed programme taking over every available space in the revamped venue, highlights of the weekend festival include:

Saturday 5 April

Leading international performance artist Franko B presents Don't Leave Me This Way, the artist's new collaboration with lighting designer, Kamal Ackarie, that marks Franko's departure from blood-based work.

Kira O'Reilly's acclaimed performance Inthewrongplaceness. Originally commissioned by HOME, the one-to-one performance features O'Reilly in slow moving communion with a female pig carcass.

Sunday 6 April

The premiere of Rajni Shah's new performance installation Dinner With America. Stunning visuals and layers of text, movement and sound interweave to gently uncovering themes of consumerism, rights, hopes and division.

Also look out for the visceral action-based work of Yann Marussich, Augusto Corrieri's poetical solo performance work, David Blandy's provocative white face minstrel and Eitan Buchalter's enigmatic site-inspird intervention.
