The Bluecoat tenants play a huge part in ensuring that the building is a vibrant, creative space in the heart of the city. We want our tenants to feel comfortable and secure in an environment where you can work, develop your ideas and relax with colleagues and customers.
To help you do this we will be providing bright and spacious units from where you can run your business and create your work. All of our units are finished simply and beautifully throughout to provide white walls, washable flooring, electrical provision and IT/ telephone cabling. Artist studios also benefit from a direct water supply. All tenants will have access to shared toilet and basic kitchen facilities and the building is compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. The first and second floor units are accessible via lifts.
Tenants will be able to access a resource room from where you can collect mail, meet informally with staff and other tenants and carry out office tasks such as photocopying. Tenants will also be able to make use of a meeting space where you can meet with your clients in a private environment.
