Unlock the secrets of our iconic Grade I listed building, with three days of heritage activities.

Bluecoat’s unique building merges 300 year old Queen Anne and baroque architecture with award-winning modern additions from architects Biq Architecten of Rotterdam. Learn about our 300 year anniversary project and Bluecoat's origins in the murky world of 18th Century Liverpool.

Enjoy a delicious cream tea with cakes and scones, served in the peacful surroundings of our garden, 2 - 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Take a free tour of our building and explore its fascinating history. Whilst on the tour get to take a peek behind the scenes at Bluecoat's artist studios not usually open to the public - book your place here

Print Workshop

 Take part in a special print workshop, working with lino printing techniques to create your own artwork.
