Join us for a behind the scenes tour and conversation when artists Leo Fitzmaurice and Pete Clarke invite you into their Bluecoat studios to explore their artistic process and show visitors some of their most recent work.

Leo Fitzmaurice was born in Shropshire, England, in 1963 and now lives and works in Merseyside. Fitzmaurice is interested in intervening in already existing objects, materials and situations and has an upcoming exhibition at the Walker Art Gallery in autumn of this year.

Pete Clarke is an artist who explores concepts of the city, modernity and history utilising painting, printmaking, drawing and poetic text. Clarke was recently selected to show as part of the John Moores Painting Prize 2018.
