If Only…! returns with a monthly series of experimental performance events, culminating in a two-day festival in and around the Bluecoat in April 2012.

Involving interdisciplinary artforms to combine new and unexpected performances with more familiar offerings, If Only…...! is a platform for the exposure of original work, in music, live art, dance, spoken word and more.

Featuring Tango, Magic, Live music and a pole dancing Mickey Mouse, December's line up includes:

Anna Frisch
Architect turned theatre director, has produced collaborative experimental theatre works commissioned by Merge Festival, The National Portrait Gallery and the Corn Exchange.

Graculus
Phil Hargreaves (soprano sax/flute) and Richard Harding (classical guitar) produce music out of nothing, and then return to whence it came, slightly dishevelled, but grateful for the experience.

Agnes Hay
Animator since the 1970s, firstly in her native Hungary, then in London where she now lives, she is a regular attendee at the London Gathering.

Noel Perkins
Improviser, performance maker and visual artist based in the South West. Founder member of the A38 Improvisation Collective, co-facilitator of the Dartington Contact Improvisation Jam.

Linda Wilton
Teaching tango in Liverpool for over a decade, Linda has developed her passion for tango travelling to Argentina and regularly hosting tango artists in Merseyside.
