LAAF: Comma Press Presents Palestine + 100

  • Tue, 09 Jul 2019
  • 6.30 PM - 8.00 PM

This event asks contemporary Palestinian writers: what might your home city look like in the year 2048 – 100 years after Nakba, the displacement of more than 700,000 people?

With stories read by British Palestinian writer, Selma Dabbagh and Palestinian-Hungarian novelist, poet and author, Anwar Hamed, the event launches a new anthology designed as an escape from the politics of the present in a country that some have called ‘the largest prison in the world’.

Minimum age 14+

Reading and discussion followed by Q&A with the anthology's editor, Basma Ghalayini

Tickets: £6/£3
