We can often be very busy at the Bluecoat so if you're planning to visit with a group of more than ten people please let us know with as much notice as possible.
We hate to disappoint visitors, but during especially busy periods we may have to turn away groups who have not pre-booked so please do contact us in advance to confirm your visit.
We can also organise for a member of staff to be on hand to assist you and give you a guided tour of the gallery if you'd like. This is only possible if you book in advance.
Group Bookings

We need at least one week's notice in advance of your visit.
School bookings
If you'd like to bring in a group of children from your school, please email us at tours@thebluecoat.org.uk and let us know what school you're from, the age of the children and how many will be in your group.
