Former Marketing Liverpool Director Chris Brown joins our Trading Board

We're pleased to announce that Chris Brown, former Director of Marketing Liverpool, has joined the Bluecoat Trading Board as a Trustee.

Chris Brown has over 35 years experience in the leisure and tourism industry, specialising in marketing, management and branding. He is an expert in place marketing, and founded Marketing Liverpool in 2013. Before returning to Liverpool, Chris also set up Visit Chester and Cheshire in 2004.

As a change maker and thought leader, Chris has delivered many collaborations between public and private sectors across major events, corporate development, commercial planning and business leadership. Chris is also on the board of Shakespeare North Playhouse and LaSalle Hospitality Education.

The Trading Board oversees all aspects of trading operations at the Bluecoat, including their popular café, wedding packages and event hire. This includes a newly launched campaign, ‘Bluecoat for Business’, showcasing the wide variety of meetings, away days and corporate events the Bluecoat hosts, and the impact these events have on furthering the Bluecoat’s mission to bring art to everyone.
