Chris Brown is a place marketing and management specialist. He was Director of Marketing Liverpool for ten years, until 2023. Chris is on the board of Shakespeare North Playhouse and LaSalle Hospitality Education.

Philomena Harrison is a Senior Lecturer in social work at Liverpool Hope University.

Peter Mearns was Chair of the Bluecoat board from November 2016 - September 2025. He now sits as a Member on the Trading Board.
