Our dedicated team is here to help make your visit enjoyable and we are committed to providing an art centre for everyone to enjoy.
These guidelines have been created to safeguard our staff, the work in our galleries and to ensure the Bluecoat remains a safe, inclusive, and respectful place for all our visitors, staff and volunteers.
We ask that you respect our staff and volunteers. We aim to provide a safe and non-threatening workplace, free from abusive, threatening, or violent behaviour. We will take immediate action when this is not supported by those visiting the Bluecoat.
The Bluecoat is a Anti-Racist organisation. We take instances of discrimination or harassment extremely seriously. We will not tolerate abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening language or behaviour towards staff, volunteers, or other visitors. Anyone exhibiting these behaviours will be asked to leave.
We want everyone to feel comfortable to enjoy the Bluecoat so please be mindful of other visitors and use phones with respect and consideration for others.
