Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash (UK sterling)
- All major credit and debit cards for transactions over £5. (we do not accept Diners Cards/American Express)
Please note that we do not accept £50 notes, cheques or part payment for any tickets or products.
Refunds & Exchanges
The Bluecoat does not operate a refund policy. Refunds are only made in the case of a cancelled performance. If you are unable to attend tickets returned 24 hours in advance of a performance may be exchanged for another performance within the next 12 months.
Concessions
Concessions are available to Under 16s, Students, Claimants, and Over 65s for most events on production of appropriate identification. Concession prices are indicated against individual events and are the lower price where listed. Groups of 10 or more are entitled to the every 10th ticket free. Assistants or carers of disabled patrons are entitled to one free ticket for most events.
Access
The Bluecoat offers a range of facilities for disabled patrons:
Wheelchair access is available to all areas of the new wing and due to restrictions as a Listed building there is limited access to the older parts of the building.
Assistance dogs are admitted. Please advise Tickets & Information when booking your ticket if you are bringing a guide dog.
Induction Loops are fitted in number of areas of the building including Tickets & Information, Espresso, the Perfomance Space and the Sandon Room.
